1. Definitions & General Introduction

3.4 Transaction Verification

77kk may request identity documents or additional information to verify any transaction. In the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, 77kk reserves the right to block them and notify the relevant authorities.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be received once per account.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

If the terms of a special offer conflict with these general rules, the terms of the special offer will take precedence.

5. VIP Loyalty Program

77kk's VIP Loyalty Program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week. New members start at this tier.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week. Promotion based on regular activity and loyalty.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week. The highest benefits for premium members.

Promotion from one tier to the next depends on your consistent participation and activity on the platform. 77kk reserves the right to change or cancel the VIP program terms at any time.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement Policy

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error, 77kk reserves the right to cancel it, in which case the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Result Determination

Results for all sports events are taken from internationally recognized sources. If an event is disputed, the decision of 77kk's senior officials will be considered final.

6.3 Fraud & Manipulation

If any unusual betting patterns, arbitrage betting, or attempts to exploit any technical vulnerability are detected, the relevant account will be cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77kk platform:

• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud
• Using automated bots or scripts for betting or account management
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Conducting any illegal activity through the platform
• Participating in betting activities involving anyone under 21 years of age

8. Account Suspension & Closure

77kk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
